What exactly am I paying for?
Access to job allocation for the term you buy. The subscription is the only fixed cost — there is no charge to register, no fee to see a job and nothing deducted from the move total beyond the published 25% platform share.
What happens if I don't use all my moves in a week?
Allowance accumulates across your whole term rather than expiring weekly. A four-week Standard subscription gives you eight moves to use across those four weeks, so a quiet week can be made up later.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. You choose your plan and term in the dashboard, transfer the amount and upload the payment proof. Once our team confirms it, your term starts from the date you submitted the proof.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Switch from the subscription page at any time and the change applies from your next term. You can move up to Premium for a busy month and drop back afterwards.
Are subscriptions refundable?
Not once jobs have been assigned in the current term, because your allowance is released as soon as the term starts. If we are unable to assign any jobs at all during a paid term, contact mover support and we will credit or extend it.
Do I need a subscription to register?
No. Registration and verification are completely free. You only choose a plan once your profile has been approved.
