eHaul

Company

Who we are, the removal brands we work with and how to reach the people behind the network.

About us

eHaul was built by people who spent years running removals jobs and watching good crews lose money to lead-generation sites.

The UK home removals market is full of small, skilled, independent operators. Most of them are excellent at moving people's homes and stuck paying for the privilege of being introduced to someone who may never answer the phone. A single enquiry gets sold to five firms, everyone undercuts each other, and the crew that wins the race does the job for less than it is worth.

We came at it from the other end. Our founding team runs removals booking platforms, so we already had customers arriving with a date, an address list and a price they had agreed. The missing piece was a dependable way to hand that work to a crew we trusted. eHaul is that piece: a subscription network where verified movers are allocated real, booked, paid work instead of leads.

What we believe

  • A job should be given to one crew, not auctioned to ten
  • The price should be visible before anyone commits to anything
  • Verification protects customers and the movers who do things properly
  • Predictable volume is worth more to a small business than the occasional windfall
  • A fixed, published split beats a commission structure nobody can follow

Where we operate

We are a UK business headquartered in Kent, with the strongest booking volume across Kent, Essex, Surrey and Greater London. We assign nationwide where partner demand supports it, and we expand into a new region only once there is enough steady work to make a subscription worth a mover's money.

eHaul is a job-allocation platform, not a removals company. We do not carry goods. Every move is carried out by an independently insured mover contracted directly with the customer.

Partners

Our jobs come from established home removals brands who would rather hand a booking to a vetted crew than turn the customer away.

When a partner takes more bookings than their own fleet can cover, or a move falls outside their usual patch, that booking comes to us fully specified. We match it to a crew on the network and the customer gets the move they paid for.

Brands on the network

  • Removals & Self Storage — nationwide home removals, storage and packing
  • KentEssex Removals — home and office removals across Kent and Essex
  • Jaizek Removals — residential removals and man-and-van work
  • Kent & Essex Movers — local and long-distance household moves
  • David Removals & Haulage — removals, haulage and clearance
  • John Movers & Delivery — man-and-van, deliveries and small moves

Partnering with eHaul

If you run a removals brand with more demand than vans, we can take the overflow. You keep the customer relationship and the brand; we handle allocation to a verified crew, the move brief and completion tracking. Get in touch and we will walk you through coverage, pricing and how bookings are passed across.

We are deliberately selective. Every partner has to be a real trading removals business with its own customers, because the promise we make to movers is that these are genuine booked jobs — not recycled enquiries.

Before you email us

If your question is about an approval that is still pending, a subscription payment awaiting confirmation or a job you cannot see, check your dashboard notifications first — status changes are posted there as they happen, and it is usually faster than waiting for a reply.

Reporting a problem with a move

If you are a customer and something has gone wrong on a move, contact the removals brand you booked with in the first instance, as your contract is with them and the crew. Copy us in and we will make the booking record available to everyone involved.
