Privacy policy
Last updated 1 September 2026
eHaul Ltd is the data controller for the personal information you give us when you register as a mover or contact our team. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Account details — name, email address, phone number and password (stored only as a hash)
- Business details — trading name, company or sole trader registration, trading address and coverage areas
- Compliance documents — insurance certificates, photo ID, driving licence and vehicle details
- Subscription records — plan, term, payment proofs and payment history
- Job records — moves assigned to you, completions, cancellations and customer reviews
- Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, and session cookies
Why we use it
We process your data to verify that you are a legitimate, insured removals business, to allocate jobs to you, to administer your subscription, to handle disputes, and to meet our own legal and accounting obligations. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interest in running a trustworthy network, and compliance with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
- The customer and the partner brand for a move assigned to you — your trading name, crew and vehicle details, and a contact number
- Our payment, email and hosting providers, acting on our instructions
- Insurers, regulators, or law enforcement where we are legally required to do so
We do not sell your data, and we do not pass your details to other removals firms or lead-generation companies.
How long we keep it
Active accounts are retained for as long as you use the network. After an account is closed we keep job and payment records for six years to meet UK accounting and limitation requirements, then delete them. Compliance documents are deleted twelve months after closure unless they relate to an open dispute.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we have no ongoing need, object to processing, or ask us to restrict it. Email hello@ehaul.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Cookies
We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in to your dashboard, and basic analytics to understand which pages movers use. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Terms of service
Last updated 1 September 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and eHaul Ltd and cover your use of the eHaul website, dashboard and job network.
What eHaul is
eHaul is a job-allocation platform. We are not a removals company, we do not carry goods and we are not a party to the removals contract between a customer and a mover. Our role is to verify movers, allocate booked jobs to them and provide the tools to manage that work.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract
- You must be trading as a removals business, whether as a limited company, partnership or sole trader
- You must hold valid goods in transit and public liability insurance throughout your time on the network
- You must give accurate information and keep it up to date
Accounts
You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping your password secure. Accounts are for a single business and may not be shared, resold or transferred. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
Subscriptions and payment
Access to job allocation requires an active subscription. Plans, weekly prices and job allowances are published on our pricing page and shown in your dashboard before you pay. Subscriptions are paid up front by bank transfer for the number of weeks you select. Your term begins on the date you submit valid payment proof and ends when the term expires or your allowance is exhausted, whichever comes first.
Subscription fees are for access to job allocation for the term you bought. Because allowance is released as soon as your term starts, subscriptions are not refundable once jobs have been assigned. If we are unable to assign any jobs at all during a paid term, contact mover support and we will credit or extend the term.
Acceptable use
- Do not solicit customers introduced through eHaul to book with you directly outside the platform
- Do not subcontract an assigned move to an unverified third party without telling us
- Do not submit false documents, false completions or fabricated reviews
- Do not attempt to access, scrape or disrupt the platform or other users' data
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that has lapsed or fraudulent documents, or that shows a pattern of no-shows, late cancellations or poor customer outcomes. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard; closing it does not refund the remainder of a paid term.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, eHaul is not liable for loss or damage to goods during a move, for a customer cancelling, or for indirect or consequential loss including lost profit. Our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid in that period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Mover agreement
Last updated 1 September 2026
The specific commitments you make to customers, and that we make to you, once a job is assigned to your crew.
Your status
You are an independent business, not an employee, worker or agent of eHaul. You control your own crew, vehicles, working hours and methods, you are responsible for your own tax, National Insurance and VAT, and you may work with any other platform or customer you choose.
What you commit to on every assigned move
- Accept or decline promptly so the job can be reallocated if you cannot take it
- Arrive within the agreed window and contact the customer if you are delayed
- Send the crew size and vehicle the customer booked
- Carry and protect goods with reasonable care and appropriate equipment
- Maintain valid goods in transit and public liability cover for the whole move
- Mark the job complete in your dashboard on the day it is finished
- Raise anything that went wrong with us before the customer has to
What we commit to
- Only send you jobs that are genuinely booked and paid for by a customer
- Publish the job total and your share before you accept
- Assign each job to one crew at a time
- Release your 75% share once the move is complete and the review window has passed
- Give you the booking record you need to answer any claim or dispute
Revenue share
You keep 75% of the move total. eHaul retains 25% for sourcing, verification, allocation and platform costs. This split applies to the whole move total including extra services the customer added before the move. It is shown on the move brief and in your bookings list on every job.
Cancellations
If a customer cancels before the move date the job returns to your allowance. If they cancel on the day we review the circumstances and may release a call-out share. If you cancel late without good reason the job is withdrawn, it still counts against your allowance and repeated instances put your place on the network at risk.
Damage and claims
Claims for loss or damage are between the customer and you as the carrier, and are met by your goods in transit insurance. eHaul will provide the booking record, the inventory and any photographs held on the platform to support a fair resolution.

Account statuses explained
- Registered — account created, profile not yet submitted
- Profile submitted — documents are with our team for review
- Eligible — approved and able to subscribe, but no active plan yet
- Payment submitted — proof uploaded, waiting for us to confirm it
- Active — subscription running and jobs being assigned
- Expired — term has ended or allowance is used up; renew to resume
- Deactivated — account paused by our team, usually due to lapsed documents
Common fixes
- No jobs yet — check your subscription is Active and your coverage radius is not too narrow
- Payment not confirmed — proofs are checked on working days; make sure the reference and amount match your plan

- Profile changes not showing — edits to key business details are re-reviewed before they go live

FAQ
Short answers to the questions movers ask us most often before they join.
Are these real jobs or leads?
Real jobs. Every move has a customer who has already booked a date, an address list and a price through one of our partner brands. You are never buying a phone number and you are never bidding against other firms.
How much does it cost to join?
Registration and verification are free. You only pay once your profile is approved and you choose a weekly plan — £20 a week on Basic, £40 on Standard or £100 on Premium, with 5% off if you subscribe for four weeks or more.
What do I actually earn per move?
You keep 75% of the move total and eHaul retains 25%. On a £480 move that is £360 to you. The figure is shown on the move brief before you accept, so you never take a job without knowing what it pays.
What if I do not get the jobs my plan promised?
Allowance carries across your whole term, so a slow week can be made up later in the same subscription. If we genuinely cannot assign any jobs during a paid term, contact mover support and we will credit or extend it.
How long does verification take?
Usually one to two working days once you have submitted a complete profile. The most common delay is an insurance certificate that has expired or that is in a different name to your trading name.
Do I need my own insurance?
Yes. You must hold valid goods in transit and public liability cover for the whole time you are on the network. eHaul does not insure your work, and we pause assignments if a certificate lapses.
Can I turn down a job?
Yes, and you should decline promptly if you cannot do it so we can reallocate it. Declining occasionally is fine. Accepting and then cancelling late is what puts your place on the network at risk.
Can I still use other platforms and my own customers?
Absolutely. You are an independent business. eHaul is a source of guaranteed weekly work, not an exclusivity deal.
Which areas do you cover?
Volume is strongest across Kent, Essex, Surrey and Greater London, and we assign nationwide where partner demand supports it. Set your coverage areas in your profile and we match jobs to them.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
You can switch plans from the subscription page at any time; the change applies from your next term. Subscriptions are not refundable once jobs have been assigned in the current term.
Still have a question?
Our mover support team answers within one working day.
