eHaul

Platform

Everything eHaul does between a customer booking a move and your crew getting paid — how jobs are allocated, what your dashboard shows, how we verify crews and how the money works.

Assigned jobs

eHaul does not sell leads. Every job on the network is a customer who has already booked a date, a van size and a price through one of our booking partners. We allocate that job to a single verified crew.

How a job reaches you

  1. 1

    A customer books a move

The booking comes in through one of our partner removal brands with the date, addresses, property sizes, inventory and agreed price already confirmed.

  2. 2

We match it to a crew

We look at coverage area, van capacity, crew size, your completion history and how much of your weekly allowance is still unused.

  3. 3

The job lands in your dashboard

You are notified straight away and the full move brief is unlocked — route, floors, access notes, inventory and packaging.

  4. 4

    You accept and complete it

Accept from the job page, carry out the move, then mark it complete. The customer is invited to leave a review afterwards.

What is in a move brief

  • Collection and delivery addresses with property type, floor and access notes
  • Move date and arrival window
  • Full item inventory and any packaging the customer has paid for
  • Crew size and van size the customer booked
  • The customer's own note to the mover
  • The job total and your share, shown before you accept

A job is only ever offered to one crew at a time. You are never bidding against other movers and you never pay to see a job.

How many jobs you receive

Your weekly allowance is set by your subscription plan: one move a week on Basic, two on Standard and six on Premium. Allowance accumulates across the weeks you have paid for, so a four-week Standard subscription gives you eight moves to use across that term.

Volume also depends on genuine demand in your coverage area. If we cannot fill your allowance in a given term, talk to mover support before you renew and we will look at widening your radius or adjusting your plan.

Mover dashboard

One place for your jobs, your money, your documents and your reputation. The dashboard opens as soon as you register, and unlocks fully once your profile is approved and your subscription is active.

Overview

Your landing page shows your current plan and subscription status, a live countdown to renewal, moves completed this month, average customer rating, total paid out and your job completion rate.

Bookings

Every job assigned to you, filterable by completed and outstanding, searchable by reference or town and sortable by move date. Opening a booking gives you the read-only move brief plus the payment summary showing your 75% share, the eHaul 25% fee and the overall total.

Subscription

Choose or change your plan, pick how many weeks to pay for, upload your payment proof and see your full payment history. Your current term, start date, expiry date and remaining job allowance are always on screen.

Profile and documents

Your trading details, coverage areas, fleet, crew and insurance documents live here. Changes to key details are re-checked by our team before they go live, so your public profile is always accurate.

Notifications and reviews

  • Alerts the moment a job is assigned to you
  • Profile approval, subscription confirmation and renewal reminders
  • Customer reviews as they are submitted
  • A one-tap review invitation you can send a customer after a completed move

Verification

Customers are trusting a stranger with everything they own. Verification is what lets us hand you a booked job instead of a phone number, and it is why we check every crew before they go live.

What we ask for

  • Goods in transit insurance certificate, in date and in your trading name
  • Public liability insurance certificate
  • Photo ID and driving licence for the named driver
  • Vehicle details including type, size and registration
  • Company registration or sole trader details and your trading address
  • Coverage areas and typical crew size

How the review works

  1. 1

    Register

Create your account with an email and password. Registration is free and takes a couple of minutes.

  2. 2

    Complete your profile

Fill in your trading details and upload your documents. You can save and return to it as many times as you need.

  3. 3

    Submit for review

Our team checks your documents, usually within one to two working days.

  4. 4

    Go live

Once approved you become eligible to subscribe. Pick a plan and your first job can be assigned in the same week.

Keep your certificates current. If a document expires we pause new assignments until it is replaced, rather than putting a customer with an uninsured crew.

Staying on the network

We monitor completion rates, cancellations, punctuality and customer reviews. Persistent no-shows, late cancellations or a pattern of poor reviews will lead to a warning and, if it continues, removal from the network. Accounts removed for conduct are not refunded for the remainder of a term.

Payouts

One flat split on every job, published before you accept it. You keep 75% of the move total and eHaul keeps 25% for sourcing, vetting and allocating the work.

The split

On a £480 move you keep £360 and eHaul retains £120. There are no commission ladders, no per-job booking fees and no deductions for payment processing. Extra services the customer adds before the move — packing materials, dismantling, additional crew — are included in the move total and split on the same basis.

Subscription cost

  • Basic — £20 a week for one assigned move
  • Standard — £40 a week for two assigned moves
  • Premium — £100 a week for six assigned moves
  • Subscribe for four weeks or more and 5% comes off the total

The subscription is the only fixed cost. You pay by bank transfer and upload your payment proof in the dashboard. Once our team confirms it, your term starts from the date you submitted the proof and your job allowance is released.

When you get paid

Your share of a completed move is released after the job is marked complete and the customer has had the opportunity to raise any issue. Payments go to the business bank account on your verified profile — we do not pay to personal accounts that do not match your trading details.

Cancellations and disputes

  • If a customer cancels before the move date, the job returns to your allowance and no share is due
  • If a customer cancels on the day, we review the circumstances and may pay a call-out share
  • If a crew cancels late without good reason, the job is withdrawn and counts against the allowance
  • Damage claims are handled between the customer and your insurer; eHaul will supply the booking record on request
